Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of Channel Development Manager Regional Chains and TT position in Kyiv.
Main Responsibilities:
- Consolidating knowledge and analytics of respective channels/customers including: Sales dynamics and channel profitability/ General channel trends regarding shopper and consumer behavior/ Competition in channel;
- Formulating Nestlé vision of respective channel, leading channel classification (incl. classification and prioritization of sub-channels) and PoS segmentation;
- Deriving segmentation of customers in respective channel based on assessment of size, will/skill for collaboration;
- Collaborating with categories in order to set strategic targets for categories in channels and ensuring appropriate translation of channel plans;
- Collaborating with categories in order to set strategic targets for categories in regional customers and ensure appropriate translation of these targets in Customer Plans;
- Incorporating SRM approach into in respective channel strategy, track implementation of SRM initiatives;
- Collaborating with categories in order to develop, challenge and ensure proper promo strategies and guidelines are used in specific channels/customers based on systematic promotional evaluation;
- Developing Nestle channel selling story and channelcustomer selling- story guidelines for categories;
- Developing channel-specific solutions incl. good practices/ successful mechanics of promo guidelines and mechanics based on consolidated results of past implementations;
- Carrying out systematic control of channel strategy execution (reco pricing implementation, price index vs competition, fair shelf share, overall in-store presence, etc.), providing visibility for the categories and collaborating with the categories in order to develop action plans;
- Participating in ICP and MBP cycle.
Main Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 4+ years of experience in category sales channels management in an international FMCG company;
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills;
- Result focus, proactive cooperation, initiative;
- Experience of sales volumes increasing within a category;
- Successful experience in managing projects;
- Proficient MS Office (especially MS Excel) user;
- Fluent English;
- Valid driving license.
