You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Cooperation with key account customers and maintenance strong partnership relations
  • Control and managing of accounts receivable
  • Providing launch support, listing of new products, analyzing the product rotation, keeping MSL assortment, providing price changes, control and prevention over OOS
  • Control over Documents workflow / work with Payables: verification of the cost of services, forming and signing Appendixes, Acts of acceptance, providing “proof of performance’ materials, close collaboration with accounting and tax departments
  • Development and preparation analytical reports on sales performance, orders fulfillment etc.
  • Control over contract terms and conditions compliance
  • Planning and management of promotional activations, analyzing of promo results

Education / Certifications:

University Degree (economy, finance)

Job specific requirements:

  • MS office proficient user
  • 2+ Years of successful experience in sales within FMCG company (as preferences)
  • Experience in work with key accounts (as preferences)
  • Working level of English (intermediate and higher)
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
  • Proactively, commercial acumen, goal-oriented team player

Travel requirements:

Flexible for journeys

Work schedule:

Mon-Fri, 9am-18pm
