Requirements:

  • higher education (finance, economics) and experience in an administrative position;
  • level of English – advanced;
  • MS Office – advanced;
  • knowledge of the rules of primary accounting, financial and economic accounting;
  • understanding of the rules of business etiquette and business correspondence;
  • ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.

 Responsibilities

  • preparation of presentations, working with accounting and financial documents;
  • organization of meetings, record keeping and monitoring the implementation of the meeting decisions;
  • business trips scheduling and organization;
  • calls and emails administration;
  • translation of documents (by request).
