Ciklum is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to join our HR Enablement team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a self-driven and mature professional with a proven experience in managing international relocations to the US, UK, EU. This role is responsible for the smooth operation of the entire relocation process, working closely with both internal departments and external vendors to ensure success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve a relocation process for Employees moving to new locations
  • Support a full cycle of international mobility service:
    • Optimal relocation plans development
    • Relocation cost estimations
    • Preparation and processing work permits, visa applications, travel arrangements
    • Regular communication on progress to stakeholders
  • Proactively work with Managers and HR People partners to provide guidance in relation to international transfers
  • Develop handbook for Managers and Employees to navigate the relocation process in different countries
  • Manage service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Relocations/Global Mobility
  • Experience of dealing with international working visa applications to the UK, US, EU. Understanding of immigration requirements and complexities in these countries
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage client’s expectations
  • Customer focus mindset. Positive and result-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
