    • Temporary contract for 1 year with possibility of extending (Contractor)

Main role purpose:

    • Organization of the safe and efficient flows for goods supplies to the markets of CauCAR region (active: Mongolia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan; potential – Armenia, Kirgizstan, Uzbekistan)  overseeing logistics and demand processes, customers management, responsible for revenue protection strategies;
    • To ensure a timely and cost-effective flow of products in a condition conforming to Good Distribution Practice in accordance with the Corporate requirements and local legislation;
    • Support business needs in effective and timely manner, in line with corporate standards;
    • To support the local Team through direct liaison and best practices exchange
    • To support continuous improvement of Supply Chain operations
    • 1.MAIN DUTIES:
    • Supply & Distribution follow up
    • Maintain timely, efficient and accurate COVID vaccine shipments to the markets, to meet the demand and Contractual terms & conditions;
    • Support Supply and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with the respective BUs, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up;
    • Cooperation with Rerional Team for supplies follow up;
    • Cooperation and regular communication with internal & external stakeholders;
    • Liaise with Supply points for planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods to the customers;
    • Control over compliance with credit limits, payment terms and AR balances;
    • Control over the integrity of the cold chain and monitor distributor’s compliance;
    • AR management
    • Revenue recognition follow up (compliance to corporate monthly performance report);
    • Maintenance of the AR database;
    • Contracts management
    • Support Contracts management;
    • Maintain contracts up-to-date with the required level of details/updates/amendments required by Company, Customers, legislation, as instructed by senior team members;

Qualifications

Must-Have

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3+ years’ experience
    • Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration
    • Relevant experience in Supply, Logistics & Customer Service management
    • Fluent English
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
    • Strong System Application & Products, and systems skills
