As Professional Schools Management Specialist (outstaff) you will take responsibility for the management of the relationships with professional hairdressers schools and develop modern and innovative initiatives to strengthen our brands visibility and positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cooperation strategy and manage relationships with professional hairdressers schools to represent our company and brands
- Collect and update data of professional hairdressing schools placed on the market
- Suggest and develop modern and innovative initiative/projects/services to strengthen positioning of our brands within schools
- Visit and train professional schools to develop technical skills and product knowledge of their participants
- Create pedagogical tools, training guidelines to facilitate brands initiatives and foster special education projects
- Participate to learning material /tools design and adaptation
- Ensure awareness and promotion of the Access platform
- Monitor and stay up to date with competition knowledge (products, learning methods, services, innovations), understand the market and being aware on what is happening
- Manage contracts and all paper staff, monitor budget and expenditure
- Cooperation with marketing, education and commerce teams.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
Your Background:
- Higher education
- Experience in educational field from 2-3 years
- Be proficient user of MSOffice (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, others)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, project management skills
- Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate)
