Develux is currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative who will be involved in developing
and executing new sales strategies on leads from various segments inside of our EDU platform.
What you’ll have to do:
- Sell various types of academic papers to clients in need via SMS, Email, and Phone
- Create an effective workflow to convert leads that left their order in the shopping cart
- Proactively call and sell to clients that left expensive orders in their shopping cart
- Work with inbound calls and help clients with their requests.
- Work with inbound Instagram Messaging Requests
- Communicate with Cross-Functional Departments
You’re the one we’re looking for if:
- You have at least some Sales Experience (Retail, Customer Support, Service Provider)
- You can work effectively with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- You can report on your own results and make conclusions to help us guide our efforts
- You are able to get more from a customer than just a sale (Insights, Referrals, Reviews)
- You speak English fluently and communicate with many customers on various requests
- You are confident when talking over the phone and will not be demotivated by Hang-Ups
- You are able to close leads on Social Platforms
Key Skills:
- Upper-Intermediate or Preferably Fluent English
- Ability to sell over the phone, via chat, or email
- Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
- Ability to produce Reports and make Conclusions
- Ability to think on your feet and be creative
