Your Role

As TeleSales you are responsible for generating new business within a customer segment

Your Responsibilities

  • Telesales / Managing your customer portfolio;
  • Erosion Management and reporting to the Sales Manager; 
  • Participate in sales actions; 
  • Registration of opportunities in our CRM; 

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Some experience in a similar position  would be an advantage
  • Excellent customer service feeling, communication skills, and commercial acumen;
  • Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking skills;
  • Languages: excellent written and verbal communication skills in Ukraine;
  • User knowledge of MS Office software: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
