Viber is looking for a talented Community Manager, who will help to manage, engage and grow users within Viber Communities and across various UA-speaking social platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok).
Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media; you’re up-to-date on all the latest trends and can confidently cut through the noise to advise on what will be beneficial for our overall strategy. Providing meaningful, valuable content to users is more important to you than vanity metrics and you’re able to identify the best medium – whether written, visual, video – that will engage people across our UA-speaking social handles. Data is your friend and you enjoy analysing results to inform what your next test will be.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social-media and communication campaigns that grow and engage our Communities in-line with Business objectives
- Develop ideas and create engaging text, image and video content for multiple social media platforms including Viber Communities, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- Stay up-to-date with the latest news and trends on social media and report back to the Team on how we can best take advantage of them
- Respond and engage with users in a timely manner
- Report regularly on campaign performance and use data to inform your content plan
Requirements:
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar
- Proven experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching a webinar, creating an event series)
- Demonstrable experience in growing and engaging audiences on social media to meet Company objectives
- Hands-on experience with social media management for brands
- Strong knowledge of social media channels including, but not limited to: Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook
- Ability to use social media analytics to gain insight into customer engagement and use this to inform strategy
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Ukrainian and English)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Experience or knowledge of generating content within the Fintech industry
