We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product marketing and Growth team. You will join the in-house development team, whose main responsibility is building Kyivstar’s new products. The role has all the advantages of working in a product team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop product marketing strategies;
- Drive customer acquisition and activation growth on all stages of the marketing funnel;
- Create and validate hypothesis for product growth;
- Craft compelling messages and visuals across marketing channels;
- Work with various teams (product, product marketing, design, sales etc) to implement strategies;
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years experience of product marketing with b2b products, demonstrated success in product marketing campaigns;
- Strong leadership skills, create and translate product vision both internally and for external partners;
- Good understanding of marketing instruments and marketing strategies, communication platform;
- Business oriented, experience of communication with stakeholders is a must;
- Experience in using analytics tools: Google Analytics, Power BI, HotJar;
- Higher education (Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant field).

- Self-starter who can handle multiple projects and prioritize workloads;
- Setting clear goals and priorities;
- Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities.
