Ciklum is looking for the Business Operations Specialist. As а Business operations specialist you will be part of the Career Center that aims to support employees in their career guidance. The right fit for this role will be someone with a passion for developing insights from data and can communicate those insights effectively to business stakeholders. The candidate will also be able to collect information and design the analysis model that answers business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive day to day operations to deliver business development and performance in alignment with organizational vision, objectives and KPIs
- Develop and track weekly, monthly, quarterly key performance dashboards and reports
- Prepare ad hoc analysis, reports and presentations to support internal change projects as needed
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to managers and drive change
- Convey operational status and issues to multiple levels of the organization with the appropriate level of analytical support and business clarity
- Manage the work of operations specialist/analysts within the team to identify and implement best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or consulting
- Proven expertise in driving business processes as financial control, cost tracking, business performance tracking
- Proficient with data visualization online tools (Google Data studio, Microsoft Power BI or similar) – capable of performing queries, data manipulation, reporting as part of analysis or automation of operations
- Proficient with MS Office suite and data structures – capable of performing queries, data manipulation, reporting as part of analysis or automation of operations
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Advanced in English
