Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with SW projects management (teams of 10+ people)
- Working experience with US/EU stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile principles
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Budget management experience
- Experience in hiring people and onboarding people
- Strong people management skills
- Great sense of ownership
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
Job Responsibilities:

- Project management with a headcount of ~40 engineers (Ukraine, Poland).
- Being responsible for delivery quality and service level measurement, financial performance of projects’ portfolio
- Establish and execute clear communications across all team members and stakeholders.
