We’re looking for a motivated and driven Operations Intern who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You are responsible for arranging in timely fashion effective driver training sessions.
- You are responsible for data administration in systems used by FlixBus Ukraine and ensuring its completeness.
- You support Regional Operations Managers in execution of tasks related to various bus partners and other stakeholders across Ukraine.
- You provide direct support to various stakeholders such as bus partners, bus stations in all relevant matters relevant to daily operations and emergencies.
- You help to coordinate ground operations at our various bus stations including supporting “Shops and stations” staff.
- You help support the operations team in onboarding our Bus Partners, which includes e.g. communications and our brand image; installation and use of dedicated FlixBus onboard devices; training Bus Partner operations supervisors etc.
- You coordinate deliveries and replacements of the FlixBus bus hardware and onboard equipment, maintain the hardware database and support necessary fixes.
- You help set up new lines and new stops and manage the station infrastructure.
- You support coordination of installation of new or replacement and maintenance of the FlixBus bus hardware.
- You provide business intelligence by providing regular reports and analyses in the current scope of operations in FlixBus Ukraine.
- You support the Operations Team in delivering operational excellence across the whole network.
- You report to Regional Operations Manager.

- Good communication skills, as large part of your work is interaction with our partners and providers.
- Previous experience in the operations field is a plus.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and very good knowledge of English are a must.
