Learning Management and Development enables each member of the company to access various training services, such as trainer-led courses, upskilling programs for Direct and Line Managers, webinars, foreign language lessons, training paths & sets, internship programs, self-learning libraries, external providers (conferences and certifications), and other training services.
Responsibilities
6. Arrangement and control of relations with related units (IT, OPR).
7. Budgeting, controlling, procurement, and approval of applications for spending funds (equipment, licenses, subscriptions). Equipment and license management.
8. Assisting in the organization and conduction of online conferences (more than 1000 participants, soft-labs.net, Luxoft Technology Series and others),
9. Processing, converting of video materials of the TC.
Skills
Must have
– Higher education (technical)
– English at least Intermediate
– Knowledge & experience of communication and training tools (Zoom, etc.)
– Knowledge and experience with OneDrive, VDI, SharePoint
– Knowledge and experience in Windows/Linux administration.
Nice to have
– At least 1 year experience in a similar position/training
