We are looking for Key Account Manager for Health Systems in Ukraine (medical solutions and equipment)

 

You are responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining of effective working direct relations with customers (public and private hospitals, Key Opinion Leaders, associations, healthcare departments, etc.), focus on strategic and key accounts
  • Partnering with external stakeholders, including National & Regional authorities (Ministry of Health of Ukraine, local healthcare authorities, governmental agencies)
  • Supporting commercial team both Philips and Partner in governmental projects (tracking and analysis of the ongoing and expected nationwide healthcare projects), international projects (World Bank, etc.) and big private projects
  • Supporting monthly / quarterly / annual sales plan fulfillment
  • Ensuring constant planning process corresponded to customers’ needs and timely customers’ orders submission
  • Participation in development and ensuring implementation of agreed marketing activities
  • Increase Philips products and brand visibility on the market
  • Supporting market analysis, in-time projects identification and growth strategy development
  • Supporting implementation of all business-related issues of customers (service, logistics, finance, etc.) including Partner Business
  • Regular reports (monthly report, customer visit reports, etc.)

 

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Experience in B2B / B2G sales not less than 3 years
  • Experience in sales of medical equipment and indirect sales is an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must
  • English – at least B1-B2 (for written and oral communication)
  • Soft skills: strong communication and negotiation skills, decisive approach, stress resistance, customer focus, detail oriented, prioritization of a big amount of tasks, organizational skills.
  • Driver License
