Наш студент Ілля:  “Something invisible may cause quite visible actions. Disasters are extremely tangible, and it makes people care about physical wounds primarily. Nevertheless, PFA is needed as well. Psychological First Aid (PFA) is a mental, soulful help for victims who went through the impairment surge. For the first time, it was stated in 1954 as “Monograph on Psychological First Aid”. It still keeps developing in order to let the world know how people can assist themselves and to other during possible wars, pandemics and so on.

Professor George Everly tells about “triage” and RAPID PFA model. It is said that there is not any algorithm which may help someone, everything is based on gaining rapport. It is the initial part of PFA. Further might be used RAPID PFA model where R is rapport and reflective listening, A is assessment, P is prioritization, I is intervention and D is disposition. The main point of all those things is to gain empathy and commence catharsis.

The information above was absorbed by my mind rather strongly. There is an assumption it might be used for welfare of others – people who enjoy the life.

This means everything for me, because I like the way we enjoy the life together!”
