Job Description

Give a general support to marketing and sales activities. Ensure the qualitative, compliant marketing work of the team in close collaboration with other departments of the company.

Sales support:
– Managing the SP3 processes regarding the sales team
– Equipment, congress supports, lectures etc.
– Proper follow up of the SP3 processes

Marketing support:
– Manage Purchase orders and internal orders/contracts
– Collecting purchase price offers from the contracted partners
– Updating customer lists
– Participation in making presentations and training materials
– Support for planning and forecasting
– Supporting of all arrangements around congresses and travel.

Administrational support:
– Order printed materials and promotional gifts
– Accurate use of Purchasing & Invoicing System
– Updating address lists based on mailing information

Minimum requirements

– University degree;
– Good computer skills (MC Office);
– Solid English/Ukrainian knowledge (both oral & written);
– Professional experience on administrative position at least 1 year
