L’Oréal Ukraine is currently seeking a talented Market Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Market Research Specialist with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for conducting market and consumer research, analyzing the data received, and providing insightful, data-based recommendations to our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, starting with creating a brief and leading up to developing actionable recommendations based on the results obtained.
  • Examine internal research studies and external data to identify trends and insights in the beauty industry.
  • Work with research agencies on all stages of a research project: briefing, creating a research instrument, controlling a field stage, and preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, digital, and sales, to integrate research insights into business strategies and decision-making processes
  • Analyze sales data, utilize retail panels, and compile the data into comprehensive reports.
  • Maintain a document workflow to support consistent cooperation with external vendors. 

 

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree in sociology, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer and market research, either on the client or agency side.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Upper intermediate level of English and excellent Ukrainian language skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, with knowledge of Power BI being a plus.
