As a Partners Lead (Operations and Growth), you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will be directly responsible for improving Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be the owner of the partner operations metrics, seeking continuous improvement  in methodologies to optimize the operations of our partners (improve preparation times, reduce cancellations and decrease bad ratings)
  • Cooperate with other departments (customer service and content) to design and implement processes and communications to foster partner engagement, satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Define scalable processes, making sure all partners are self-sufficient in using our tools (i.e. manager portal)
  • Draw and execute plans to make the portfolio grow through promos, marketing activations and selling positioning assets in our long-tail partner base, as well as building action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
  • Identify new assets to sell to the long tail partners and implement the whole process.
  • Work with global and regional teams to coordinate and execute projects in your country
  • Lead a team of agents where you will have direct responsibility on their KPIs, results and quality of their performance.
  • Bring important insights from the local operations and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient

You have:

  • Proficiency in English, written and oral
  • You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented
  • A data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • Ability to provide scalable solutions to complex problems
  • Amazing project management and presentation skills . 
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Hands on attitude: no job is too big or too small
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills. Experience interacting effectively at multiple levels of the organization is highly valued
  • You are able to influence people in a short space of time to deliver results
  • Experience managing, coordinating and motivating teams of 3+ people
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel). Salesforce and SQL experience is a plus
