Core Responsibilities

  • Focus on generating traffic to the organization’s e-commerce site, converting campaign users into paying customers, and driving repeating sales;
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products/brands and attract potential customers to the e-commerce site ;
  • Co-shape regional digital strategy across digital ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels;
  • Implement consumer and shopper marketing tactics (consumer journey, push-pull strategies, OESP ecosystem, full funnel approach, AIDA model)
  • Act as the main contact for various agencies (media, PR, digital, creative), collaborate closely with Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing team as well as regional team of four professional digital managers (social media, content, digital manager, media manager)

The Digital Marketing team is a part of the PUB (Poland, Ukraine & Baltics) Marketing team, mainly responsible for ATL communication (Top & Middle of the Funnel). It cooperates closely with Brand, Trade, Ecom and Sales teams to deliver consistent and strong activations on LEGO brand, aiming to deliver the yearly and monthly business objectives of LEGO in PUB.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in marketing / digital marketing
  • Experience in working with media agencies/media vendors (briefing, coordination, execution) and in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create positive environment and partnership relations with external/internal partners
  • Proactive, open-minded, open to change and to new ideas
  • An individual who understands and takes advantage of the strength that is created by teamwork
  • Very good organizational skills, capable to work with many tasks and stakeholders at the same time
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
  • Advanced verbal and written English
  • Very good understanding of Ukraine media landscape as well as global media platforms, e.g. Meta & Google ecosystems
  • Previous experience with digital campaigns (video, display, programmatic, paid social) would be advantageous
