What You’ll Do
Copywriting
- Create compelling and persuasive written content in English for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, promotional materials, internal resources, and social media.
- Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all written materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Employer Branding
- Work on strengthening Company’s employer brand through storytelling and content creation.
- Craft narratives that highlight the company’s culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to attract top talent by showcasing the company’s strengths as an
- employer.
Employee Marketing
- Develop internal communication materials that inform and engage employees.
- Create content for employee newsletters, intranet, and other internal channels.
- Promote company events, achievements, and initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance employee marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including posts, articles, and visuals.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and foster meaningful interactions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on English copywriting and social media management.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, (from Upper-Intermediate) with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive narratives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with employer branding and employee engagement concepts.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
