ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is a part of Human Resources department. HR Specialist performs all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services.

Reports to: Employee Administration Lead

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Supports with HR administration cycle processes (join, move, leave, time-off, reporting)
  • Conducts HR admin processes and data quality audits
  • Manages HR policies timely updates
  • Deals with ad-hoc requests in HR admin area
  • Coordinates HR systems enhancements
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports
  • Other HR related projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Preferrably 1-year relevant personnel administration experience;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Full end to end view of the HR policies and process landscape impacting HR Administration areas;
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels;
  • Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, 1C system;
  • Planning and Organizing Skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Problem solving attitude;
