ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is a part of Human Resources department. HR Specialist performs all activities related to HR data and workforce administration services.
Reports to: Employee Administration Lead
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Supports with HR administration cycle processes (join, move, leave, time-off, reporting)
- Conducts HR admin processes and data quality audits
- Manages HR policies timely updates
- Deals with ad-hoc requests in HR admin area
- Coordinates HR systems enhancements
- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports
- Other HR related projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Preferrably 1-year relevant personnel administration experience;
- Fluency in English language;
- Full end to end view of the HR policies and process landscape impacting HR Administration areas;
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications across different audiences and channels;
- Experience with MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, 1C system;
- Planning and Organizing Skills;
- Attention to details;
- Problem solving attitude;
