Your Responsibilities:
- Distribution training information with appropriate channel partners, Company personnel, and customers. Assist/support channel partners, Company personnel, and customers regarding content and delivery.
- Training delivery to channel partners, Company employees, or customers. Extensive travel may be required to deliver training to fulfill audience requirements.
- Adaptation, research, and development content and training materials and activities for training programs and other related training activity.
- Researching various topics through self-development in order to improve individual expertise in both training subject matter/content and delivery skills.
- Constructing and maintaining training aids and equipment, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises.
- Documentation training curriculum for Instructor Guide, maintaining and updating Instructor Guide. Continually evaluation the effectiveness of the course meeting its objectives during delivery and from evaluations. Making appropriate changes to course materials and delivery.
- Utilization knowledge of training to promote training products, training systems, and training materials.
- Responsibility for classroom/training event administration (acquiring roster, taking enrollment, completing exit evaluations) and communicating results to appropriate personnel or system.
What Skills You Need:
- You have a knowledge of Learning and Development process including areas such as instructional skills, presentation skills, needs assessments, adult learning theory, curriculum development and other such related knowledge and skills.
- You already worked with agricultural equipment,
- You bring along self-confidence and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- You are service-driven and able to fluently communicate in English.
- You are willing to travel frequently.
