You are:
A Senior Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience in operational work and a high level of organizational, professional, and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to see the bigger picture, organize workflows, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment. You’re great at anticipating issues and opportunities, then planning and acting accordingly. You have excellent English speaking and writing skills and you’re comfortable communicating and collaborating with anyone. You’re a creative and fun team player who enjoys working in a hi-tech industry dynamic.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will:
Be a senior focal point for the site team (UA and Poland) and take part in shaping the Wix brand there
Manage the facility growth, design, construction plans, and execution
Establish scalable operational infrastructure for the company
Manage and develop the operations teams
Plan and own the site budget and work closely with the financial department
Be in charge of day-to-day operative, administrative, logistic and procurement aspects
Provide full operational support for various tech and non-tech community events
Oversee all travel coordination to and from the sites
