The Opportunity 
This position works out of our Kyiv, Ukraine location in the EPD Division.  

As the Commercial excellence head CIS, you’ll be focus on driving SF profitability in CIS countries.

Direct Reports: 6 Managers.

What You’ll Do 
•    Manage Regional Commercial excellence department and lead development and implementation of Regional Commercial Excellence strategy.
•    Define the commercial excellence strategic approach in CIS for the following enablers: sales force design & structure, segmentation & targeting, territory deployment, CRR&CLM&MCE, Business Intelligence tools & KPIs dashboards, front line manager (FLM) support, training & development programs, competency development, incentive compensation schemes and motivational programs etc.)
•    Lead Regional Sales Force execution and performance management processes. Challenge and support the affiliates in the improvement of the sales force efficiency and productivity.
•    Provide appropriate commercial excellence follow-up support during the implementation phase of global/regional/local Commercial Excellence initiatives.
•    Create and maintain a working environment in which the communication and partnership with the affiliates and with other corporate functions is key (collective intelligence/best practice). 
•    Plan and manage the sales training budget of the department associated with training needs 
•    Create value propositions to support and build competitive advantage in co-operation with marketing and sales team.
•    Contributes to sales and marketing strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth.
•    Lead resource in bonus design and calculations.

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree and (MBA) in Business will be a strong plus 
•    3-5 years experience in SFE or CommEx Head position or on a Sales& marketing leadership position with experience of driving SF profitability in CIS affiliates
•    Strong project management skills is a must.
•    People management skills.
•    Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian
