We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to further develop and sustain our activity in Ukraine.
Your Responsibility:
– Providing support in the organization and manage Kick-off and Cycle meetings; Marketing RX events & projects
– Manage service provider contract including validation of amount; control of payment; creation of annexes to the contract; alignment of details with provider; control of approval process
– Communicating with commercial external partners
– Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
– Controlling the management of the project budget and conducting periodic coordination of the budget with the Finance Department
– Database maintaining for marketing projects of the Rx Department
– Manage tenders’ process
– Digital activities 1P1R
– Work in the SAP, SIM, SRM, POP, P3 systems

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
– Previous professional experience in project/event management preferred.
– Ability to drive (digital) process optimization.
– Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Advanced English (oral and written);
– Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / CRM
