«Time management is one of the crucial elements of productivity. It is an important skill for all of the people in the world but specifically for students. We are all just trying to manage our time and to get things done, to combine our study hours with free time wisely. So, I prepared 5 tips to control your time more effectively.

The first one is to plan your activities for the day before. When you have finished your work, just sit down and write a list of tasks to do for the becoming twenty-four hours ahead. Mention the deadlines and the time records for each piece of work you need to accomplish. It also can help to prevent insomnia because you will not be thinking about the tasks that you should do tomorrow. You had already made a checklist and would not forget anything.

So, the second piece of advice is to do one task at a time. Give it full attention and devotion. Do not try to be multi-tasked, it is usually just reducing the concentration and in conclusion the productivity. Try to minimize your interruptions while completing an activity, ignore the external factors.

Thirdly, find yourself the time of the day when you are the most productive. Most of the people are more likely to work better in the early morning (like 6-7 am) when the others feel the energy at the midnight. They just start to work in the evening , do not sleep at night and go to bed in the first half of the becoming day. Determine it personally and concentrate on the tasks that need most of the creativity& focus on your best time.

The next tip is to do the most difficult tasks first. It is very important because if you manage to do the hardest job first, you will not be stressed out about it. You would be confident about yourself and the rest of your day, accomplishing the simplest and easiest tasks.

Lastly, have an o’clock beside you. You can also set a timer to remind you about a deadline. Doing this, you will always see the time and control how many minutes you have to finish certain work. It leaves less time for procrastination because when you see how the time is passing by, you are starting to concentrate on the goal.

To my mind, all the steps are great and exceptionally I find the “do one task a time” and “the best time of your day” the most effective for me. So, I hope at least some of my tips would be successful for you!»
