Requirements:
- Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) backed by usage experience.
- Quick and self-motivated learner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extra hours when needed without a specific request
- Careful, thorough, dependable, well-organized, meticulous, well-disciplined
- Knowledge of business ethics and communications
Job Responsibilities:
Financial
- Coordinate resource allocations and time reports
- Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements
- Expense reports preparation
Program
- Team extension, office space utilization forecast
- Prepare and validate internal and external reports on request
- Newcomers onboarding
Organizational
- Provide support for visits organization (customers representatives visiting company premises or vice versa)
- Provide support in the organization of program-specific training and events
- Work with the company’s internal departments (HR, recruiting, ES, travel, etc.) and with customer representatives on program management requests.
- International shipments support
- Other duties as assigned
