Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) backed by usage experience.
  • Quick and self-motivated learner
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and extra hours when needed without a specific request
  • Careful, thorough, dependable, well-organized, meticulous, well-disciplined
  • Knowledge of business ethics and communications

 

Job Responsibilities:

Financial

  • Coordinate resource allocations and time reports
  • Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements
  • Expense reports preparation

Program

  • Team extension, office space utilization forecast
  • Prepare and validate internal and external reports on request
  • Newcomers onboarding

Organizational

  • Provide support for visits organization (customers representatives visiting company premises or vice versa)
  • Provide support in the organization of program-specific training and events
  • Work with the company’s internal departments (HR, recruiting, ES, travel, etc.) and with customer representatives on program management requests.
  • International shipments support
  • Other duties as assigned
